You are booking a flight seat to Los Angles, but it is fully booked up.
A: Good morning. What can I do for you?
B: Yes, I'd like to make a reservation to Los Angles next week.
A: OK. When do you want to fly?
B: Monday, September 16.
A: On Monday we have Flight 4802 at 9:30 and 4612 at 13:20. Just a moment please. Let me check whether there are seats available. I'm sorry we are all booked up for Flight 4802 on that day. Shall I book you a seat on Flight 4612?
B: I prefer to take the morning flight. Any alternatives?
A: The next available flight is 4424, leaves at 9:00 Tuesday morning September 17. Shall I book you a seat?
B: Er… It is a direct flight, isn't it?
A: Yes, it is.
B: All right.
A: You want to go first class or coach?
B: I prefer first class, what's the fare?
A: One way is $176.
B: OK. I will take the 9:00 flight on Tuesday.
A: A seat on Flight 4424 to Los Angles 9:00 Tuesday morning. Is it all right, Sir?
