All of us possess some unseemly habits that we freely portray in our own homes, but it would become a moral requirement, when we venture outside into the community, that we adhere to the unwritten laws of public etiquette,as well as those that have being defined by law.
Etiquette was once thought to be a kind of display one’s upper class decorum, but it is generally used within the mainstream population as a method enabling people to live together in a harmonious and acceptable manner.Even we do not have the same faith,it helps us to be seen as the same as the others.
No matter whether our action is conscious or not, some of our habits might be deemed as aggressive to others. We need to act in ways that are defined as appropriate, accordingly to our surroundings.
It’s so frequent that we may see some people expressing themselves in a manner either inappropriate to the place and the time,or outright offensive.
Some actions are governed by laws, such as littering, being intoxicated and spitting in public. There are also some etiquette rules requiring people to be considerate towards others. But in today’s modern world, unfortunately, the tradition of good manners has declined in the general appearance and actions of society.
Everyone is individual and has his/her own faith and values.Surely it is not acceptable to force individuality upon another, but to remain respectful and considerate to others.Etiquette is of the majority,as always.
